La esclusa de Templin, también conocida como esclusa de la ciudad de Templin, se encuentra en el kilómetro 13,32 de las aguas de Templin en el extremo suroeste del distrito de Uckermark, en la ciudad de Templin, en el norte de Brandeburgo. Fue construida en 1894/95 y modernizada en 2004/2005. La autoridad responsable es la Oficina de Vías Navegables y Transporte Marítimo de Oder-Havel.
Una primera explotación económica completa de las aguas de Templin tuvo lugar a partir del año 1745. Las aguas de Templin se componen del canal de Templin, también llamado agua de Templin a nivel regional, así como de varios lagos. La vía navegable se puede acceder a través de la vía navegable de Havel superior.
