El puente Rhein Rees-Kalkar se extiende sobre el Niederrhein en el kilómetro de corriente 838,65 al oeste de Rees como parte de la carretera federal 67, cruzando el Rin y la carretera del distrito 3 de Rees hacia Reeserward. El puente es un puente atirantado de dos vanos en el área de corriente.
El conjunto del puente tiene una longitud total de 982,5 m, cuenta con dos carriles y aceras a ambos lados que conectan con el camino ribereño del Rin. Las pendientes de las rampas son del 1,04 %. La estructura fue construida entre 1965 y 1967. Fue inaugurada al tráfico el 20 de diciembre de 1967. El puente costó 23 millones de marcos alemanes.
