El cantón de Bismark fue una unidad administrativa del Reino de Westfalia. Existió desde 1807 hasta la disolución del Reino de Westfalia en octubre de 1813 y pertenecía, según la organización administrativa del reino, al distrito de Stendal del departamento del Elba. La capital del cantón era Bismark, en el distrito de Stendal.
En el Tratado de Tilsit, Prusia tuvo que ceder en 1807, además de otros territorios, la Altmark y el ducado de Magdeburgo, al oeste del Elba, al recién creado Reino de Westfalia. De estos territorios y de otros más pequeños cedidos por el Reino de Sajonia, se formó el departamento del Elba, que se dividió en cuatro distritos. El distrito de Stendal se subdividió además en 13 cantones, entre ellos el cantón de Bismark. Al cantón de Bismark pertenecían 10 municipios:
