Pannesheide es una aldea perteneciente al municipio alemán de Herzogenrath, situada paralela a la frontera germano-neerlandesa al sur de Bleijerheide. El pueblo se encuentra a una altura de más de 160 metros.
El Bleijerheiderbeek forma aquí el río fronterizo, y al oeste de Pannesheide fluye el Amstelbach hacia el norte para desembocar en el Bleijerheiderbeek. El Amstelbach está acompañado por un bosque en pendiente, el área natural: Laub- und Auenwaldgebiet bei Herzogenrath al oeste de Pannesheide en el valle del Amstelbach. Aquí también se encuentra la ruina del castillo de Haus Heyden.
