El edificio BKS en Velbert, inaugurado en noviembre de 1958 oficialmente con el nombre de Casa Niederberg, es un edificio de trece pisos construido entre 1957 y 1958 en Lindenstraße 1. El rascacielos alcanzó notoriedad regional por su uso conjunto como edificio residencial y comercial, así como por su función como torre de agua. Los carteles publicitarios que daban nombre a la empresa vecina BKS en los cuatro lados del rascacielos fueron retirados sin reemplazo en diciembre de 2021.
