La tour BKS à Velbert, officiellement baptisée Maison Niederberg lors de son inauguration en novembre 1958, est un bâtiment de treize étages construit de 1957 à 1958 au 1, rue Linden. La tour a acquis une notoriété régionale grâce à sa double fonction à la fois de maison d'habitation et de bureaux, et de réservoir d'eau. Les panneaux publicitaires de l'entreprise voisine BKS, qui portaient son nom, ont été retirés sans remplacement en décembre 2021.
