El único ferry en el Saar tiene un muelle en Steinbach, justo en el lazo del Saar. Lleva a senderistas y ciclistas a la otra orilla del río. El cruce en el ferry es parte de la ruta Saarschleife-tafeltour. El cruce dura solo unos minutos y los perros son bienvenidos a bordo del ferry "WELLES". Para los cuadrúpedos, incluso hay agua disponible a bordo.
