De enige veerboot op de Saar heeft een aanlegplaats in Steinbach, direct in de Saarlus. Het brengt wandelaars en fietsers naar de andere oever van de rivier. De overtocht met de veerboot maakt deel uit van de Saarschleife-tafeltour. De overtocht duurt slechts enkele minuten en honden zijn welkom aan boord van de veerboot “WELLES”. Voor de viervoeters is er zelfs water aan boord aanwezig.
Reistijden veerboot:
april t/m oktober: dagelijks van 10.00 tot 17.45 uur
Maandag rustdag
Indien maandag een feestdag is, wordt de rustdag uitgesteld naar dinsdag.
November en maart: operaties in het weekend,
Gesloten van december tot februari."
