se trata del primer cementerio del país, inaugurado en 1824 y clausurado en 1965, fue declarado Patrimonio Histórico en 1987. En sus 16 mil metros descansan muchos de los fallecidos del ciclón San Zenón, en 1930 y de la insurrección cívico militar de abril y muchos de los que residían en la Capital durante la Primer República de 1844.
