Se ubica en el centro urbano de la ciudad de Nueva Loja, en la Av. Quito y Veinte de Junio, conecta con la av. Petrolera. Abrió sus puertas en agosto de 2014. El ingreso es libre y es un sitio favorito para realizar actividades deportivas, eventos culturales y recreativos. A este parque acuden muchos visitantes en la tarde y en la noche, para disfrutar de un sencillo paseo a pie o en bicicleta, o presenciar los grandes eventos programados. Posee una extensión de cinco hectáreas, divididas por sectores con usos diversos, con equipamiento necesario para cada actividad. La plaza principal y plaza cívica se utilizan para eventos y actividades al aire libre. Existen juegos infantiles en una zona verde combinada con árboles y césped. Por otro lado, tiene canchas sintéticas, canchas de básquet y canchas de vóley cubiertas; área de parqueaderos; bares, torre mirador, ciclovía, garitas de seguridad privada, Unidad de Policía Comunitaria, área administrativa y salón de la ciudad.
