Olvés es un municipio de español de la provincia de Zaragoza, comunidad autónoma de Aragón. Tiene una población de 120 habitantes . Su término municipal tiene una extensión de 20,33 km² y una densidad de 5,90 hab/km². Está situado en la Sierra de Pardos.
Olvés, es un pueblo agrícola, que por su situación geográfica y su altitud de 807mt. y 926 mt. en el punto más alto, tiene unas características especiales para el cultivo de ciertas variedades agrícolas. Tiene una superficie de aproximadamente 2500 Ha. de las cuales 500 son pinares, 1500 tierras de cultivo y el resto monte bajo. De las tierras cultivables nombraremos los frutos que más se recolectan así como sus variedades.
