Pantón es un municipio español, situado en el sur de la provincia de Lugo, en la Comunidad Autónoma de Galicia, con capital en la villa de Ferreira de Pantón.
El municipio, limitado por los cursos de los ríos Miño, Sil y Cabe, pertenece a la comarca de la Tierra de Lemos, en el entorno natural y turístico de la Ribeira Sacra lucense.
