El Museo Castillo de La Fortaleza posee un alto interés tanto histórico como cultural, y es actualmente uno de los lugares recomendados a visitar en el municipio de Santa Lucía de Tirajana.
Este Museo es principalmente arqueológico, en él se expone un gran número de restos hallados en los yacimientos de la zona; pero también podremos observar en él elementos etnográficos, botánicos y referentes a la zoología. En las inmediaciones a este interesante museo encontraremos un precioso jardín en el que podremos apreciar la existencia de flora autóctona y árboles frutales típicos de diferentes latitudes.
