La casa de Espiritualidad de Caleruega está habitada por frailes dominicos. Data del siglo XX pero su estilo arquitectónico corresponde al románico. En cada esquina hay grandes torretas, basadas en las antiguas torres de la muralla del pueblo.En el año 1952, promovido por el padre V. Carro, se iniciaron las obras de construcción de dicho convento, que finalizaron en 1957. Está edificada en piedra. Además posee no solo la casa de espiritualidad sino también un museo adaptado para ciegos y una capilla con un crucifijo gótico y una talla policromada barroca de Santo Domingo de Guzmán, nacido en Caleruega, y de la Virgen María, que data del siglo XVI.
