Boadilla del Monte es un municipio y localidad española de la Comunidad de Madrid, en la zona oeste del área metropolitana de la capital. Cuenta con una población de 59 052 habitantes .El nombre de Boadilla es posible que sea de origen árabe, pero esto no ha podido ser demostrado. Se cree que más bien pudiera proceder del apellido de uno de los condes de Chinchón , que poseían las tierras que actualmente ocupa la población.
