Tapia de la Ribera es una localidad del municipio español de Rioseco de Tapia, en la provincia de León, Comunidad Autónoma de Castilla y León. Tiene una población de 144 habitantes Está situado en la zona del Valle del Luna.
Las fiestas patronales en honor a San Mateo se celebran el día 21 de septiembre.
Algunas de las atracciones en estas fiestas son el campeonato de tute popular, y el concurso de disfraces, que en el año 2011 fue ganado por los jóvenes del pueblo con su papel de "X V palito".
