Desde Villaseca de Henares nos dirigimos hasta la población de Castejón de Henares; punto de inicio del Ramal de Álvar Fáñez, que emula la célebre algarada del lugarteniente del Cid, saqueando las tierras del Henares. El itinerario que nos descubre hermosos paisajes modelados por el río Badiel, apenas ofrece complicaciones ya que en su mayor parte discurre por cómodos caminos rurales de buen firme.
