El Potager des Princes, o Parque de la Faisanderie, es un parque situado en Chantilly, en el departamento de Oise, en la región de Hauts-de-France. Está inscrito como monumento histórico desde 1975. En 1682, el Gran Conde hace construir una faisanderie en los jardines del castillo de Chantilly y pide a André Le Nôtre que diseñe el jardín. Este último deja su huella en este lugar, equilibrando perspectivas, estanques y terrazas. En 1773, Louis-Joseph de Bourbon transforma esta faisanderie en "Pabellón romano" llamado "Salón de refresco". En 1793, la Faisanderie se vende como bien nacional y permanece luego durante 160 años en la propiedad de la familia Chapard. A finales del siglo XIX, se crea allí la primera clínica veterinaria equina, que sirvió de modelo a la de Alfort.
