Der Potager des Princes, oder Parc de la Faisanderie, ist ein Park in Chantilly, im Département Oise, in der Region Hauts-de-France. Er ist seit 1975 als historisches Denkmal eingetragen. 1682 lässt der Große Condé eine Fasanerie in den Gärten des Schlosses Chantilly erbauen und bittet André Le Nôtre, den Garten zu gestalten. Letzterer prägt diesen Ort mit seinem Einfluss, indem er Perspektiven, Becken und Terrassen ausbalanciert. 1773 verwandelt Louis-Joseph de Bourbon diese Fasanerie in einen „Römischen Pavillon“, auch bekannt als „Kühlungssalon“. 1793 wird die Fasanerie als nationales Eigentum verkauft und bleibt dann 160 Jahre lang im Besitz der Familie Chapard. Am Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts wird dort die erste veterinärmedizinische Klinik für Pferde gegründet, die als Modell für die von Alfort diente.
