El barrio está delimitado por el bulevar du Breucq al este, la avenida del Pont-de-Bois al sur, la calle Jules Guesde al norte, y al oeste por la calle de Fives, la calle Alexandre Detroy, el camino del Change, la calle Charles le Bon, la calle de la Chevalerie y la avenida Champollion.
En el barrio se encuentra una vivienda individual experimental, con casas con patio de la SEDAF en la ribera del lago de los Españoles, diseñadas por el arquitecto Jean-Pierre Watel. Esta vivienda individual experimental ha sido galardonada con la medalla de plata europea.
