The neighborhood is bounded by the Boulevard du Breucq to the east, the Avenue du Pont-de-Bois to the south, the Rue Jules Guesde to the north, and to the west by the Rue de Fives, the Rue Alexandre Detroy, the Chemin du Change, the Rue Charles le Bon, the Rue de la Chevalerie, and the Avenue Champollion.
In the neighborhood, there is an experimental individual housing project, with patio houses by SEDAF on the edge of the Lake of the Spaniards, designed by the architect Jean-Pierre Watel. This experimental individual housing project was awarded the European silver medal.
