Una residencia orientalista de inspiración mozárabe que contiene tres habitaciones con decoración de inspiración oriental. Su aspecto de pequeña mezquita cairota fue el deseo del pintor y arqueólogo Charles Cournault (1815-1904), alumno de Delacroix, que viajó a Argelia hacia 1840. El jardín es característico de los jardines de placer de las residencias burguesas del siglo XIX. Cuenta con un rico y variado patrimonio paisajístico y está atravesado por varios caminos a modo de pintorescos jardines.
El parque está abierto al público.
