Een oriëntalistische residentie met Mozarabische inspiratie die drie kamers met oosters geïnspireerde decoratie bevat. Het uiterlijk van een kleine moskee in Caïro was de wens van de schilder en archeoloog Charles Cournault (1815-1904), een leerling van Delacroix die rond 1840 naar Algerije reisde. De tuin is kenmerkend voor de pleziertuinen van 19e eeuwse bourgeoisiehuizen. Het heeft een rijk en gevarieerd landschappelijk erfgoed en wordt doorkruist door verschillende paden op de wijze van pittoreske tuinen.
Het park is open voor het publiek.
