Una residenza orientalista di ispirazione mozarabica che contiene tre camere con decorazioni di ispirazione orientale. L'aspetto di una piccola moschea del Cairo fu voluto dal pittore e archeologo Charles Cournault (1815-1904), allievo di Delacroix che si recò in Algeria intorno al 1840. Il giardino è caratteristico dei giardini di piacere delle residenze borghesi del XIX secolo. Ha un patrimonio paesaggistico ricco e variegato ed è attraversato da diversi sentieri alla maniera dei giardini pittoreschi.
Il parco è aperto al pubblico.
