El Canal de Borgoña, o Canal de Bourgogne, es un canal en la región francesa de Borgoña. La construcción del canal comenzó en 1775. Se inauguró en 1832. El canal tiene 242 km de longitud, cuenta con 189 esclusas, varios acueductos y en el punto más alto del canal, a 378 m, un túnel de 3333 m de longitud. Debido al reducido ancho del canal, en realidad solo navega tráfico recreativo. A través del túnel de Pouilly-en-Auxois navega un barco turístico una vez al día.
