La cueva se encuentra en Eaux-Chaudes a 675 m de altitud en los Pirineos Atlánticos, en la zona montañosa de la región de Bearn, el corazón del valle de Ossau, a orillas del Ossau en el camino a España por el Col du Portalet en las colinas del Pic du Midi d'Ossau y Palas.
