Establecimiento mítico con vista excepcional al océano, el hotel Le Café de Paris vuelve un establecimiento muy refinado en pleno centro de Biarritz. Lámparas de araña inspiradas del paquebotes SS Normandie en el comedor, mesillas de noche luminosas originales en las habitaciones… refinamiento y respecto del tiempo pasado… pero también modernidad con acceso libre a internet, televisión con pantalla plana de gran formato, respecto del entorno a través los materiales y tecnologías utilizados. Para los golosos, la mesa del Café de Paris le paseara a través el País Gascón con algunas incursiones en España.
