El molino de viento de Collioure, también conocido como Le Moulin de la Cortina 'el molino de la Cortina', es hoy una almazara situada en el borde sureste de Collioure, en una meseta sobre el actual parque del museo. El molino original, que se mencionó por primera vez en 1337, puede mostrar la producción de aceite de oliva tras su restauración en 2001. Está rodeado de un olivar en terrazas y es una atracción turística de la ciudad. Está supervisado por la asociación Association des amis du moulin.
