Un paseo por el corazón de la ciudad revela fuentes históricas talladas en piedra. En la actualidad decoran las calles, pero en el pasado proporcionaban agua de manantial a los habitantes de la ciudad. Las tres primeras aparecieron en 1714, para mejorar la calidad del agua: la fuente St-Jean Népomucène (calle Hirschauer), la fuente St-Nabor (plaza de la Victoire) y la fuente Ste-Marie (esquina de las calles Poincaré y Hôpital).
