Een wandeling door het hart van de stad onthult historische fonteinen uitgehouwen in steen. Tegenwoordig versieren ze de straten, vroeger voorzagen ze de inwoners van bronwater. De eerste drie fonteinen verschenen in 1714, om de kwaliteit van de watervoorziening te verbeteren. Alle drie hebben ze overeenkomsten: een zeshoekig of achthoekig bassin, elk bekroond door een standbeeld. Maar elk vertelt een ander verhaal..
