Patrick Delfour y su hija Aurélie han querido que el visitante descubra la historia de la galleta, desde la antigüedad hasta nuestros días, a través de diferentes objetos recuperados a lo largo de los años. Los inicios de la bizcochería también están representados por ejemplo con la fabricación casera de los primeros moldes de "Maryleine", que no están presentes en el comercio. Desde pergaminos egipcios que muestran la fabricación de pasteles en la antigüedad, hasta el separador de huevos (aparato para separar las yemas de las claras), descubrimos la pasión del responsable de este taller. Porque es efectivamente un taller artesanal, ya que toda la fabricación se hace aquí y manualmente.
