Data del siglo XVI y es el edificio renacentista más notable que se conserva en el centro histórico de la ciudad.
Esta antigua mansión fue reconstruida entre 1578 y 1594, de la que se conservan las bodegas del siglo XV del edificio original, por un rico comerciante de cereales llamado Jean Mengin de Houdreville.
Tanto la escalera como la fachada principal del hotel están ricamente decoradas: entrelazados, cestas de frutas, decoración vegetal, pilastras, etc
