Risalente al XVI secolo, è l'edificio rinascimentale più notevole del centro storico della città.
Questa antica dimora fu ricostruita tra il 1578 e il 1594, di cui rimangono le cantine del XV secolo dell'edificio originario, da un ricco commerciante di cereali di nome Jean Mengin de Houdreville.
La scala e la facciata principale dell'hotel sono riccamente decorate: intrecci, cesti di frutta, decorazioni vegetali, lesene, ecc
