En Bedous, en el valle del Aspe, visite este molino de agua y antigua fragua del siglo XVIII. Una exposición sobre "la historia de la fabricación de la harina, desde el hacha de piedra pulida encontrada en el molino hasta el horno de pan y la degustación".
El lugar y sus alrededores pueden visitarse con un cuentacuentos local. La familia de molineros, que vive aquí desde 1836, ofrece aperitivos ecológicos y comida para llevar (café, helados, crepes, bocadillos, refrescos, zumos de frutas y verduras frescas, plancha), así como pan ecológico elaborado con harina local, horneado ante sus propios ojos.
