En una colina al sur del pueblo, esta iglesia del siglo X es la más antigua del Pays de Nied. Su exterior sobrio y rústico se integra perfectamente en el paisaje circundante. El edificio ha sufrido numerosas transformaciones a lo largo de sus más de 1.000 años de existencia, hasta que fue restaurado en la década de 1970. Se acometió gracias al abate Weyland, que dedicó su alma y su dinero a la antigua iglesia. Tras la aparición de grietas y la instalación de consolidaciones provisionales, se inició una campaña de investigaciones para definir las obras que debían acometerse.
