Con una superficie de 115 hectáreas, el parque del castillo de Chantilly es el resultado de varias creaciones realizadas según la moda de cada época: el jardín francés diseñado por André Le Nôtre en el siglo XVII, el jardín anglo-chino de finales del siglo XVIII y el jardín inglés del siglo XIX
Así, ofrece un testimonio único de la relación entre el hombre y la naturaleza en Occidente durante más de tres siglos.
Alrededor del conjunto monumental formado por el castillo de Montmorency, del siglo XVI, y el castillo del duque de Aumale, del siglo XIX, se han construido estanques, canales y un parque arbolado con estatuas, una fábrica y un caserío.
