Esta necrópolis funeraria y conmemorativa de la Primera Guerra Mundial (Frente Occidental) es Patrimonio Mundial de la UNESCO.
Situada en las afueras del pueblo, cerca de la iglesia, esta necrópolis de 6.165 m², contigua al cementerio alemán, fue construida por Francia en 1920 sobre un terreno que contenía una fosa común con unos 50 cuerpos de soldados alemanes y franceses. Contiene 1.260 cuerpos, 547 de los cuales están en osarios (2). Estos cuerpos procedían de los cementerios provisionales de l'Ecouvillon, Mareuil-la-Motte, Saint-Claude, Roye-sur-Matz y Plessis de Roye.
También están enterrados en este cementerio cuatro soldados británicos (dos ametralladores no identificados, enterrados inicialmente en Roye-sur-Matz, y dos oficiales de la R.A.F., de los que sólo se ha identificado a uno), así como dos soldados franceses de la Segunda Guerra Mundial
