Durante más de dos siglos, esta cultura ha sido el motor de la tecnología y la industria. Los visitantes están invitados a recorrer la vida de las escuelas de Artes y Oficios, así como la del duque de La Rochefoucauld, que fundó la escuela en 1780 en esta granja de la Montaña de Liancourt.
