La historia de "la petite poterie de Biscarrosse
Como practicante de Shiatsu y naturópata, quería combinar mi práctica con un taller de arteterapia para ayudar a algunos de mis consultantes a expresar sus emociones a través de la arcilla. Es también una vuelta a mi primera pasión (y 15 años de profesión...), que me ha dado un deseo renovado de recrear colecciones inspiradas en el paisaje con el que estoy en contacto cada día: el océano, los lagos, las dunas... Trabajar la arcilla te permite centrarte en ti mismo. Darle vueltas a la arcilla te obliga a tranquilizarte, a no pensar en nada más que en los movimientos de tus dedos sobre la arcilla. Amasar la arcilla, abrazar sus contornos, acariciar su suavidad y conversar con este elemento sensual, obliga a estar en el momento presente, a acoger sus movimientos, sus estados de ánimo y sus dudas. Es otra forma de meditación.
Sea cual sea el resultado, al final el viaje siempre es emocionante.
