La Porte de la Mer (Puerta del Mar) es una puerta de la ciudad que se conserva de la muralla fortificada. La fachada presenta un escudo de armas esculpido en piedra durante la Guerra de los Cien Años: 2 gallos audaces y una pata levantada que sostiene un casco de caballero. Esta puerta se ha ido ensanchando con el paso del tiempo para adaptarse a la modernización del transporte, permitiendo el paso de pequeños carros, grandes coches de caballos y, posteriormente, automóviles.
