Nuestros vinagres se elaboran in situ con productos locales de calidad y fruta fresca fermentada.
Nuestra gama incluye vinagre de manzana o de sidra, vinagre de cerveza, vinagre de vino, vinagre de pera, vinagre de guindilla, vinagre de cereza y vinagre de arándanos.
Se fermentan en barricas de roble siguiendo el método Orléans. La maduración continúa durante varios años en barricas seleccionadas por sus antiguos envases, como el coñac para el vinagre de manzana-canela-caramelo o el whisky para el vinagre de pera.
Nuestra ambición es ofrecerle el mejor producto posible, elaborado de forma tradicional con productos sanos y respetuosos con el medio ambiente.
