Onze azijnen worden ter plekke geproduceerd met lokale kwaliteitsproducten en vers gefermenteerd fruit.
Ons assortiment bestaat uit appel- of ciderazijn, bierazijn, wijnazijn, perenazijn, chili-azijn, kersenazijn en bosbessenazijn.
Ze worden gefermenteerd in eikenhouten vaten volgens de methode van Orléans. De rijping gaat meerdere jaren door in vaten die geselecteerd zijn vanwege hun oude vaten, zoals cognac voor de appel-kaneel-karamelazijn of whisky voor de perenazijn.
Onze ambitie is om u het best mogelijke product aan te bieden, gemaakt op traditionele wijze met gezonde producten die het milieu respecteren.
