Enclavado en el corazón de un vasto parque arbolado de 14 hectáreas, a 10 minutos de la estación de tren de Burdeos, a la sombra de un majestuoso cedro del Atlas tricentenario, el Château Gassies, que data de 1775, le seducirá.
El Gîte Orangerie ha sido construido detrás y encima de la Orangerie de la propiedad. De ahí el nombre de "Gîte Orangerie". Esta encantadora casa de campo de 220 m2 cuenta con 4 dormitorios y 4 baños privados, 5 aseos, así como un baño para discapacitados en la planta baja, una cocina totalmente equipada, un comedor y un salón. Podrá relajarse junto a la auténtica chimenea del salón o al aire libre en la zona verde de comedor exterior. El Gîte Orangerie puede alojar de 9 a 13 personas.
El recinto también ofrece una piscina infinita climatizada, una pista de tenis y baloncesto, un gimnasio, una zona de bienestar y juegos para niños.
