Chipiron à l'Américaine, Axoa de veau, Tripotx (morcilla de cordero y ternera), cordero lechal local según la temporada, mollejas de cordero con ceps, tortilla con ceps, pechuga de pato con jamón de Bayona cherry.. La amplia y agradable sala del restaurante le da la bienvenida para sus comidas. Durante el verano, la terraza cubierta del jardín, frente a la piscina, le hará disfrutar de verdaderos momentos de relax culinario.
