La residencia se compone de 118 casas divididas en 7 bastidas construidas alrededor de una gran zona verde, en una sola planta o en un nivel, a 1,5 km del centro y de los comercios. Las cuevas de Lascaux están a menos de 5 minutos (en coche).
Las casas, de 4 a 8 personas, están totalmente equipadas con cocina (microondas, lavavajillas) y terraza amueblada
Piscina semicubierta climatizada abierta todo el año, sala de fitness, TV, ropa de cama y toallas incluidas. Sauna y hammam, servicios del hotel y wifi en el alojamiento (cargo adicional).
