En el corazón del pueblo, este restaurante-bistró sirve cocina tradicional y del mundo.
Chloé, la chef, se formó en la célebre escuela Ferrandi de París y en otros establecimientos de alto nivel, y luego viajó para aprender diferentes estilos de cocina. Le gusta variar sus creaciones y, según su inspiración y los productos frescos del momento, puede ofrecer platos de la cocina sudamericana, asiática o francesa. Trabaja exclusivamente con pizarra. El menú cambia a diario (se publica en Facebook esa misma mañana).
Se organizan veladas temáticas sobre la cocina mundial.
Comidas para grupos, cócteles de la casa y una buena selección de vinos por copas.
Platos de muestra:
- Croquetas, huevos duros, ensaladas de temporada
- Verduras rellenas, carpaccio de ternera, cevichés, ramen
- Tiramisú, profiteroles, café gourmet
El restaurante está abierto todo el año, incluidos los días festivos
