Dit restaurant-bistro in het hart van het dorp serveert traditionele en wereldkeuken.
Chloé, de chef-kok, volgde een opleiding aan de beroemde Ferrandi-school in Parijs en in andere topzaken, en reisde daarna om verschillende kookstijlen te leren. Ze varieert graag met haar creaties en kan, afhankelijk van haar inspiratie en de verse producten van het moment, gerechten uit de Zuid-Amerikaanse, Aziatische of Franse keuken aanbieden. Ze werkt uitsluitend vanaf de lei. Het menu wisselt dagelijks (dezelfde ochtend gepubliceerd op Facebook).
Er worden thema-avonden over de wereldkeuken georganiseerd.
Groepsmaaltijden, cocktails van het huis en een fijne selectie wijnen per glas.
Voorbeeldgerechten:
- Croquetas, gekookte eieren, seizoenssalades
- Gevulde groenten, carpaccio van rundvlees, cevichés, ramen
- Tiramisu, soezen, koffie voor fijnproevers
