En esta antigua bodega restaurada con esmero, Céline y Jérôme proponen una carta cuidada y actualizada regularmente. El chef y su equipo apuestan por la calidad de los productos locales: Tirabuixo, cerdo de granja de los Pirineos, filete de lubina salvaje, niçoise de verduras, mousse con dos chocolates, etc. Comprometidos con la restauración responsable, incluso producen su propia miel y algunas de las verduras que cocina el chef.
