In deze liefdevol gerestaureerde voormalige wijnkelder bieden Céline en Jérôme een zorgvuldig samengesteld menu dat regelmatig wordt bijgewerkt. De chef en zijn team focussen op de kwaliteit van lokale producten: Tirabuixo, varkensvlees van de boerderij uit de Pyreneeën, wilde zeebaarsfilet, niçoise van groenten, mousse met twee chocolaatjes, enz. Ze zetten zich in voor een verantwoorde catering en produceren zelfs hun eigen honing en een deel van de groenten die de chef bereidt.
