El Auberge chez Lazare está situado en el municipio de Arros-de-Nay, en el corazón del Pays de Nay. El Auberge es un restaurante tradicional dirigido por Christophe. Fue fundado por su bisabuelo, Lazare, en 1874.
El chef destaca una de las especialidades bearnesas: la Poule au Pot. Fue instituida por el rey Enrique IV. Es una receta a base de pollo cocido en un caldo con verduras y arroz. Para deleitar su paladar, Christophe utiliza ingredientes frescos y locales. Aproveche la terraza, con vistas a la campiña circundante, para ver el espectáculo en directo.
